Delete your Levizi account
You can close your Levizi account at any time. Here is how, and what happens to your data.
How to delete your account
- Sign in at levizi.com or in the Levizi app.
- Open Profile from the menu.
- Scroll down to Delete account, below Change password.
- Type DELETE in the box and tap Delete my account.
What happens to your data
Sign-in is blocked immediately and your name and phone number are removed from your profile. Bookings you made are kept with the contact details written on them, because the rental company needs them for questions about the rental and bookkeeping law requires the records to be kept for seven years. Reviews remain but are shown without your name.
Hosts
Host accounts are tied to cars and customers' bookings, so they can't be deleted in the app. Email admin@levizi.com and we will help you close the account.
Can't sign in, or want us to delete more than that? Email admin@levizi.com from the address or with the number the account uses, and we will handle it within 30 days.
