- How do I rent a car on Levizi?
- Search by city and dates, compare the local hosts, pick a car and book online — it takes a couple of minutes. The booking goes straight to the company that owns the car, and you get a confirmation with all the details.
- Am I renting from Levizi or from the host?
- From the host. Levizi is only the platform — the car, the rental agreement, the insurance and the deposit all sit with the independent company you book with. That is also why the prices are local rather than marked up.
- Who do I contact if I have questions or need help?
- The host you booked with. Click the host's name on the car and you reach the company's page with phone and WhatsApp, email, addresses and a map. The same details are in your booking confirmation. Because they have the car, they can answer directly about pickup, changes and terms.
- Is free mileage included?
- Usually yes. Every car states either that free mileage is included, or what it costs per ten kilometres beyond what is included — always before you book, never as a surprise afterwards.
- What insurance applies?
- You choose the insurance level when booking: none, half or full, depending on what the host offers. What each level covers and what excess applies is set by the rental company and stated in their terms.
- When and how do I pay?
- The host decides, and it is stated in the booking before you confirm: either you pay online at the time of booking, or on site when you collect the car.
- Can I cancel?
- The cancellation policy is set per car and shown before you book. The most common is free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start time. Some cars can be cancelled free at any time, some carry a fee that is a share of the total, and a few cannot be cancelled at all.
- Do I need an account to book?
- No. You can book as a guest with your email address. The confirmation contains a passwordless sign-in link so you can still see and manage the booking under My bookings.
- Can I rent a car in Kosovo as a foreign visitor?
- Yes. The hosts rent to visitors from abroad and all you need is a valid driving licence. Some ask you to upload the licence with the booking, and if you book from a country the host does not accept bookings from you can verify a phone number with a code sent over WhatsApp.
- How do I know a host is trustworthy?
- The companies are verified and show their registration number. Each host's page shows the average rating broken down by car condition, smoothness of pickup, service and value for money, how the rating has moved over time, the number of completed rentals and real reviews from previous renters.
- What does Levizi cost to use?
- Nothing extra for you. Searching, comparing and booking are free — you pay the rental to the host, at the host's price.
- I was given a discount code — how do I use it?
- Discount codes are issued by the hosts themselves. If you have one, enter it in the booking box before you confirm and the price is recalculated straight away. The code is valid with the company that created it.
